Ask Dr. Tommy O is a program which helps our local community live a healthier lifestyle by encouraging each individual to learn more about health issues and take control of their own lives. Dr. O'Brien is a proactive, community oriented family physician who is a born leader. Dr. O'Brien's community events include volunteering much of his leisure time providing free blood pressure and diabetes screening. He also provides lectures to local groups on health related topics, such as changes in Medicare and Nutrition.  Dr. O'Brien continues to find new avenues to reach the community including hosting a health education radio show.  

Given the disparity of healthcare for individuals residing in urban settings, this non-profit volunteer television program is designed to encourage a healthier lifestyle, promote interest in health education, and provide empowerment through health education.
